I had an amazing two-night stay here in a superior triple room with air conditioning and spacious beds that I had booked online.

Clean hotel in a nice location with magnificent views of the Trikut hills. Reasonably large rooms with hypo-allergenic pillows. Excellent service, good food, overall a family atmosphere. Not to mention free wifi! Location close enough to Shrine, Jammu airport, and good restaurants. Also, close to Bus stand...

The hotel's central location next to the market, bus stop, and city center made it convenient. The professional staff made our stay enjoyable. Its close proximity to Jammu airport and being 2 miles away from Dera Baba Banda was a plus. everything was good.

Good room space, new bathroom fittings, great view, helpful staff, reasonable food rates, understanding owner.

The rooms are air-conditioned, and the hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful area close to the market and bus stop.

The breakfast offered was delicious with limited but great choices available. The lighting in the room and the space provided offered a comfortable stay with ample area to move around. the key location provided a great view of the surrounding area providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff's behavior wasn't as praiseworthy as we hoped, as we expected to receive warm hospitality. the bed linens could have been cleaner, and we faced issues with the flush not working in some of the rooms, leading to minor inconvenience.

The hotel had ample parking space and great room interiors, furniture, and fixtures. The bathroom fittings and geyser were new and working properly. I appreciated the consideration given to my early check-out situation, where I was only charged for the days I stayed. Additionally, the location was very convenient and the hotel offered free pick-up and drop-off services.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved and there were some dusty areas.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to our standards and we did notice some dust on the furniture. we were disappointed that our early check, in was not properly handled despite informing the hotel in advance.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful, and they allowed me an extra hour for check-out. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom fittings were new and working properly. Moreover, the view of the temple was excellent, and the availability of transportation services was a surprise.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and courteous, always going out of their way to assist me. They even provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions, making it convenient for me to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathroom fittings. I also appreciated the reasonable rates for the delicious food, although I unfortunately didn't have a chance to taste it. the hospitality and service provided by this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
